  6. Blitz-Tag is a rather nifty little program that allows your users to do file
  7. searching in their own time! It has the following features:

  9.        o Does a full area security check before adding files.
  10.        o Makes sure the file exists, and if it doesn't, the file isn't
  11.          tagged.
  12.        o Correctly handles the M-Tag package's M-Tag.CDL data file.
  13.        o Correctly handles the batch list for description download.
